		<description>this is one of the biggest problems for childrens&#039;a health today. Gradually over the years the levels of activity have been reduced, and not just actual exercise, but simple things like walking / cycling to school etc... While many people blame bad diet as the main culprit for rising obesity levels, it&#039;s equally important to look at the fall in activity levels... tackling just one of these has little effect without looking at the other!</description>
