"Hence the stress management schedules for women are a little different from those of men."

Wha???

I'm afriad I don't agree with this article at all. The idea that the stress reduction practices of women and men are different even in a minute way I don't agree with.

I write reguarly about meditation and other stress reduction techniques and have seen no reason to differentiate between the sexes in this area both from personal experience and from feedback.

So yeah... where's the justification for this distinction?
