Stress is one of the biggest problems of the 21st century. It is very powerful today and this is even more evident when we see that most of the illnesses are directly caused or increased due to stress. Stress seems to affect men and women differently or more so we can say that it manifests in different ways. Men are not very expressive about their feelings and this is the way they are made. Women tend to open up more quickly and this can be difficult to handle after some time. Hence the stress management schedules for women are a little different from those of men.

The differences will be seen in the way women are taught to handle their reactions to certain situations. This is the key to stress management. Wha???

I’m afriad I don’t agree with this article at all. The idea that the stress reduction practices of women and men are different even in a minute way I don’t agree with.

I write reguarly about meditation and other stress reduction techniques and have seen no reason to differentiate between the sexes in this area both from personal experience and from feedback.

So yeah… where’s the justification for this distinction?
