		<description>I always try to less 1-2 days a week to start , so I mentally trick myself into belive its not hard. then increase a day each week. I a month I have cut back my daily intake and on the road to healthy weight.</description>

		<description>This is a good, common sense post. Ive seen far to many &#039;lose weight fast&#039; type posts that put the wrong emphasis on the approach that you should take. Im no medical expert myself, but i do have to lose weight! - ill take on board all of your advice.</description>

		<description>Walking is a really great way to ease yourself into exercising - it&#039;s free, easy and needs no specialist equipment. Also it&#039;s relaxing - try walking home from work as a perfect way to de-stress. Walking with friends is also a very cheap way to socialise during a credit crunch - or join a local walking group to meet new ones!</description>
