Prevent Vitamin D3 Deficiency by Sun Bathing, Eating the Right Food

Vitamin D3 is a type of dietary vitamin which is derived from eggs, meat, milk and other dairy products. The sun is also a major source of this vitamin. We may suffer from deficiencies of this vitamin due to the fact that we may not consume these food products or going out in the sun is not good for the complexion. Deficiencies symptoms include high blood pressure, obesity, Psoriasis and sometimes mental illnesses such as depression. Sun bathing is one of the most highly recommended forms of gaining necessary vitamin D3. If we are indeed vary of going out in the sun there are other types of food items which we can indeed consume.

Top among them is Cod Liver oil. This is found in the common fish called cod. It is a rich source of this type of vitamin. In fact it is the purest natural forms of the vitamin. Egg yolk is also a very good source of the vitamin. There are certain classes of food called fortified foods. These will contain addition amounts of the vitamin. All we need to do is check the labels and purchase the right one.
