Brazil Health Minister Prescribes More Sex

in a recent development in Brazil, the health minister has asked his country men to practise more sex to control the immense increase in blood pressure cases in the country. He said that adults need to exercise more to ensure that their blood sugar levels and their weight is in control. Sex forms a very important part of this work is what he said. Minister Jose Temporao says that adults should involve in protected sex more often to ensure that their body is fitter.

he also recommended people to take up dancing and a healthy diet to control the epidemic spread of obesity and high blood pressure. even though the public announcement of these steps is a little bit on the raw side, it is proven that sex and intense work outs coupled with dancing can help a person reduce weight and gain higher metabolic rates.
